Return & Refund Policy

At Penn + Olive, your well-being and satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. Each of our products is handcrafted with care, using natural ingredients to support your skin and emotional health.

Because our products are personal care items, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used products for safety and quality reasons. That said, we always want you to feel confident shopping with us:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders
    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pennandolive.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Unopened Products
    Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus a shipping fee of $7.99).

  • Satisfaction Guarantee
    If you’re not loving your product, please reach out. While we can’t accept opened returns, we may be able to offer a store credit or suggest an alternative product to better suit your needs.
